I was looking for a multi-sensor system. When I saw the photo showing three sensors, I assumed that's what it came with. My fault, I did not read the description carefully. So far the product performs OK but I'll only give it four stars because I object to the misleading photo. If all you want is one sensor, this unit should work OK for you. If you want to monitor several temperatures, you'll need to order the additional sensor(s) and at $17/sensor it adds up quickly. I should have done my homework. But, I think they should only show one sensor in the photo. One more thing, the display shows only one temperature at a time. If, for example, you want to view both inside and outside temperatures, you have to pick up the home unit and press a button on the back. You can only view one temperature at a time. As far as dealing with SPER, I'd almost give them another star because they are so pleasant to work with. They will make sure you are happy with what you've bought, or as in my case, allow the return and apply full credit to my account. I would buy from them again, if I had a need for any of their other products.
