We purchased 7 units. They've been in use for about a week. To date they have all worked flawlessly. Its true they likely contain some proprietary "Dell" internal components, so they are not likely to be as reparable or upgradeable as custom DIY PC's, but if you need something reliable and ready to go as fast as possible, these are an awesome option.
